Yes—if you're strategic. Inventory in Mt. Juliet is higher now than we have seen in many years. Correct positioning and well-prepared homes are selling quickly and for strong prices. Buyers are still drawn to the lifestyle this community offers, but pricing and presentation matter more than ever.
-
Ask yourself an honest question. What makes your home better than the others on the market? Would you pay more for it? It is not always about sq feet, those days are over. Today’s buyers want turnkey, clean, crisp and move-in ready. Fresh paint, light staging, decluttering, and professional photos can make a massive difference. I offer a full-service prep plan and work with trusted vendors to help your home shine.

Ah, the million dollar question. When a home is priced too high, it sits longer on the market while better-priced homes get scooped up. After a few weeks with no bites, sellers are forced to reduce the price—and by then, buyers start to wonder: “What’s wrong with it?” That leads to more negotiating, lower offers, and in the end, you often sell for less than if you had priced it right from the start.
The first two weeks on the market are your golden window. That’s when serious buyers see it, and the right price generates excitement and possibly multiple offers—not hesitation.
Bottom line: Pricing your home correctly from day one leads to a faster sale, stronger offers, and a smoother experience.
